Additionally, Stanford University receives an unrestricted grant from ImpediMed.

Participants Users of ImpediMed.com who participate on the website through, for example, the “Tell Your Story” or “Ask an Expert” sections of ImpediMed.com receive no monetary compensation or remuneration of any kind for sharing their stories and information or other discussion activities with other participants or clinician experts.
Websites that are linked to ImpediMed, L-Dex, third party blogs and blog writers, as well as users on social networking sites, such as Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, or “likes”, etc. and links to other social networking sites receive no compensation or remuneration of any kind from ImpediMed.
